Do Not Sell or Share My Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Most US state privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Texas, Montana, Delaware, and others) grant similar rights.

What "sale" or "sharing" means at Gale

Gale does not sell your personal information for money. However, when you click through to a brand to redeem a healthcare discount, our affiliate partners (like Rakuten) may set cookies on your browser so the brand can attribute the sale back to Gale and pay us a commission. Under California law, this cookie-based attribution can be considered "sharing" even when no money changes hands for your data.

Opt out with one click

Clicking the button below turns off analytics and marketing cookies on Gale. You will still see healthcare discounts. Your click-through to a brand will still work. We just will not record the attribution that lets us get paid.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Gale treats it as a valid opt-out without requiring this page. You do not need to click the button if GPC is on. California and several other state laws require this.

Other privacy rights

To request deletion, access, or correction of personal data, email privacy@shopwithgale.com. Gale will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
